That is how the showroom describes itself, and it is not marketing copy written after the fact. Over 100 combined years of industry experience sit behind the counter, spread across a team that has watched San Diego’s building stock move from stock vinyl to the aluminum, steel and wood-clad openings that define a modern elevation now. The specialties on our own listing are exactly two: high end custom windows, and luxury windows and doors. We do not stretch past either one.
We sell to both sides of a job, the trade and the homeowner, at the same counter and with the same attention. A builder ordering a full house schedule and a homeowner replacing one kitchen sink window get the same walk through the showroom floor.

How the counter works
We supply and deliver. Installation is your call, not ours.
Builder’s Window Supply is a showroom, not an installation crew. Every order is specified with you at the counter, then delivered to your site. Installation itself goes to your own installer, or one we can point you toward if you do not already have one. Once the order is on the ground, we stay on the phone for whoever is putting it in, on fittings, weatherproofing and hardware integration.
- We supply and deliver. We are not an installation contractor.
- Installation is completed by your own installer, or one we can recommend.
- Free estimates, and walk-ins are always welcome.
- Same-day appointments are usually available.
- Pickup and delivery available on every order.
- After delivery, we stay reachable for your installer's questions on fittings, weatherproofing and hardware integration.

The most recently published job out of our showroom: Fleetwood windows and doors, TrustILE walnut interior doors, a mahogany custom entry pivot door, and a louvered mahogany and steel screen facade. Four different profiles, one schedule, ordered through the same counter.
